TCIA ACCREDITATION
What is it? The Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) Accreditation Program is built on a threefold foundation of ethics, quality and consumer confidence. The program is a rigorous audit and examination of a tree care company’s policies and procedures.
Arborwell’s involvement? Arborwell was the third company in the state of California (CA003) to receive the TCIA Accreditation and has been accredited ever since.

TCIA CTSP
What is it? TCIA’s Certified Tree Care Safety Professional (CTSP) Program teaches safety professionals strategies and tactics for changing the very culture of their organization. A CTSP is able not only to coach his/her team in safe work practices, but also work
to change attitudes about safety and motivate other employees to want to participate.
Arborwell’s Involvement? All of Arborwell’s Production Managers are CTSP’s, as well as other managers at the company.
What does it mean for you? Having a CTSP working on your property ensures that everything possible is being done to prevent hazards and reduce any possible liability.

ISA CERTIFICATION
What is it? To earn an ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) Certified Arborist credential, the applicant must be trained and experiences in all aspects of arboriculture. ISA Certified Arborists have completed a written exam to confirm their full range of tree care knowledge.
Arborwell’s involvement? Arborwell has numerous Board Certified Master Arborists and numerous ISA Certified Arborists on staff.
What does it mean for you? Working with an ISA Certified Arborist ensures that you are dealing with an expert in the field of tree care who is trained and knowledgeable in all aspects of arboriculture.
City of Fremont Approved Contractor
What is it? A City Approved Tree Contractor, must be used for all maintenance on, removal of, and/or replacement of street trees. If you are selecting your own contractor for private tree work, ask the contractor to provide their licensure, proof of bonding, and ISA Certified Arborist credentials to ensure that work is performed safely, that your property is protected, and that the integrity of your tree is preserved.
Arborwell’s involvement? Arborwell meets all of the requirements of the approved contractor list. This allows us to perform tree work in the city of Fremont (among many other cities)
